A report had been made at Trincomalee Branch on a young gentleman (12 years old) who is
suffering from third degree burn wounds along his legs and back due to a vehicle accident that
resulted in vehicle (tuk tuk) he was commuting on catching fire. In their report, parents have
mentioned that they are unable to find required funds for their son’s continuous medical
treatments including balms and special stocking that covers burn wounds which should be
replaced every day. An amount of LKR 100,000.00 was donated from founder’s philanthropic
fund and parents have extremely appreciated the effort with tears.
